Scaling Dizzy Heights

Charumathi T, a class V student of Shri Natesan Vidyasala MHSS., Mannivakkam, made her parents and school proud recently by climbing upto 15000 feet height at Gangotri Mountain Range. It is a a new record in the mountaineering field, said her coach Mr. T. Thirulogachandran, a qualified mountaineering instructor and the first Indian to win Silver Medel in Tenzing Hillary Mt. Everest Marathon 2004, at Nepal.

It is pertinent to mention that Charumathi, who had been part of several Trekking, Archery camps organised by Shri Natesan Vidyasala, is preparing herself for a mountaineering expedition at Mt. Kilimanjaro in the month of September 2015.
